100 Roommates in a Murphy Bed

You will need to own Discover University and Tiny Living Stuff Pack for this to work.

1. Create a young adult sim with any looks, traits and aspirations. I chose a male who was evil, romantic, and materialistic with the criminal aspiration. Found here.

2. Build or download a small house for him. Here's my house with one bungalow.

3. Build someplace for your roommates to live. This can be part of the main house or separate. I built the cutest little bungalow for our "guests". Special thanks to my friend @Simarchy for the 1X1 fully usable bathrooms! Her gallery here.

4. Show your guests to their quarters and then lock the door to anyone but your Sim. This is to ensure they get the privacy that they deserve. (At least that's what you'll tell them).

5. You may have a job, but remember if you leave the lot your captives may escape, so I would suggest a work from home job or none at all.

6. You must take care of all of your guests needs. Everything from social, to food in the refrigerator, repairs to toilets, showers, tv's etc. However, you should "overlook" Murphy Beds when you do your repairs.

7. Need cash? You may add houseguests to you family to add their funds to yours, but make sure their door remains locked. Family members should not be controlled. Just let them live their fabulous lives of solitude.

8. When a roommate dies, be sure to clean out their room and repair their bed, so it doesn't happen again (at least that's what you will tell yourself).

9. Create a graveyard so you can keep track all who have gone before (maybe somewhat hidden from future roommates). Deal with the ghosts. Expect them to wreck things. Buy hey, at least your handiness will go up quickly!
